Business and career coach who supports people going through transitions and periods of change in their work
My aim for you when you work with me is not only for you to get clarity on the situation you bring to your coaching sessions, but to understand your approaches to your work and the conditions you need to be your best, most effective self, developing strategies of self-reflection and accountability that can be used outside of your coaching sessions.
Described as a direct, action-oriented coach, I create a supportive environment for you to work through your thoughts and goals. I provide feedback and challenge that helps you to reflect on your situation and define actions to take that will help you to achieve your goals, and to overcome the barriers that may get in the way of success.
I started my coaching career in 2013, supporting practitioners taking an Institute of Customer Service qualification. In 2017 I completed an Institute of Leadership and Management Level 5 certificate in coaching and joined the Internal Coaching Service at Macmillan Cancer Support. I have supported a variety of senior managers and leaders in the Cancer Services Team, who deliver work in partnership with the NHS, the HR and Learning and Development teams as well as private clients. My work has involved supporting clients to go for promotions, change job sector, move to new cities and take on big challenges in their work life. I have also supported people going through less positive changes, such as consultation and redundancy.
