About me

Laura+Cloke.jpeg

Hello! I’m Laura Cloke, a Career Fulfilment Coach. I help people to create careers they love by defining success on their own terms and taking actions to find fulfilment in their work.

Whether you are working to pay the bills or you have ambitions to be the next leader in your sector, I believe everyone has the right to feel good about their work and to finish each day feeling they have accomplished something.

In 2010 I burnt out at work and it changed my whole approach to my career. I let go of what I thought success should look like and instead embraced goals that brought me joy and career fulfilment. Fast forward to today and I have a career that I love.

Am I the right career coach for you?

My style of coaching is action-oriented, which means I expect my clients to show up ready to work, communicate openly and take actions. Our sessions will be both testing and exhilarating! In return I promise you a safe, supportive and empowering space to explore making your career dreams come true.

Together we’ll get clarity on your situation, identify how to be your own career champion, and put in place long-term accountability for you to get real-life career results. By the end of the coaching programme, you’ll be in control of your career fulfilment.

Values and ethos

I believe it is possible to find fulfilment in your career. Whether you want to be a leader in your sector or are working to pay the bills, you deserve to feel good at work. We are asked what we want to do when we grow up, but people rarely ask us how we want to feel. With the pressure of other people’s expectations for us and the stress of the modern world of work it can be hard to find joy every day.

The big moments of our career are what we tend to celebrate, but it is how we feel every day that can make the difference between a career you hate and a career that gives you fulfilment. By making a small amount of time every day to think about what we want from our career, I believe that we can all feel good at work.
